I'm managing 20–50 FCL export and import shipments each month at Wings Logistics, from booking through final delivery. I coordinate with shipping lines, overseas agents, shippers, consignees, and internal teams across time zones.
I prepare and verify shipping instructions, HBLs, MBLs, Original BLs, Surrender BLs, Sea Waybills, VGM, customs declarations, invoices, and packing lists. I track vessels, ETD/ETA, and transshipments while resolving documentation and operational issues directly with stakeholders.
My port operations experience at Hambantota International Port strengthened my understanding of cargo handling, vessel services, loading, unloading, yard movements, and cargo clearance. Earlier, I supported freight documentation and customs-clearance processes at GA Logistics.
I also bring customer service and KYC experience from HSBC Global Service Center, along with a BBA in Operations Management. I'm open to remote work with international teams and focused on keeping cross-border cargo moving accurately and on schedule.
