What I'm looking for

I'm seeking immediate QA opportunities in the UAE, including hybrid or on-site roles, as well as global remote roles where I can test web applications, APIs, workflows, and data releases.

I've tested enterprise web applications for BizPal's Chewy project, executing functional, regression, integration, smoke, exploratory, and UAT testing across multiple releases.

I design test scenarios from business requirements and ITSM workflow rules, track defects in Jira, and validate ServiceNow Incident, Change, Problem, and Request workflows from approvals through user-facing outcomes. I also use SQL and Excel to check system outputs, investigate inconsistencies, and support release readiness within distributed Agile teams.

Through data analytics and AI projects, I've applied Postman, JSON, HTTP status checks, Python, Power BI, and SQL validation to reporting, anomaly identification, and quality testing for RAG-based assistants.
