Hải Nguyễn
@hinguyn1
Freight forwarding operations executive at Rhenus Logistics who builds automation tools to improve logistics workflows.
VietnamWhat I'm looking for
At Rhenus Logistics, I work in operations after coming up through warehouse, inland trucking, and freight forwarding before moving into import sea freight. That path has shown me end-to-end shipment work from four angles.
I look at logistics operations as process and data flow, and build tools to improve manual workflows using Power Automate Desktop, JavaScript injected into our FMS, VBA, and Microsoft Copilot. I graduated with Distinction in Logistics from UTH and trained through the AHK Vietnam Dual Vocational Training program.
