At BharatPe, as the sole engineer on a unified payment gateway, I integrated Juspay, Cashfree, and Razorpay across 15+ product lines and 3M+ merchants, reducing payment failure rates by 20%, and I built an in-app UPI Autopay plugin to remove third-party dependencies and reduce drop-offs by 40%.
