What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a Business Analyst role where I can turn complex client needs into data-driven requirements, support agile delivery, and collaborate closely with engineering to ship on time—plus contribute to proposal/tender work when needed.

I’m a Business Analyst with 4+ years of experience translating client business needs into clear, technically sound solutions. I lead data-driven decision-making from initiation to completion, and I’m known for bridging the gap between requirements and delivery teams.

In my current and past roles in Kathmandu, I’ve managed enterprise-level implementation from requirements gathering through user acceptance testing. I also create documentation such as BRDs and Functional Specifications, and I work closely with product owners and stakeholders to define impactful features.

I’ve delivered measurable results, including developing business event recording features that helped drive efficient accounting/reporting, and improving traceability for AP and AR. I’ve also built a strong track record of competitive government and international tender proposal writing across Australia, Ireland, the USA, and UN bodies—while staying committed to teamwork and on-time delivery.
