I’m a Business Analyst with over 8 years of experience in analysis and testing across finance, e-commerce, pharmaceutical, real estate, and legal sectors. I’m certified (ISEB/ISTQB) and I focus on turning requirements into measurable outcomes through clear communication, structured testing, and strong stakeholder alignment.

Most recently at Bank of America (London), I gathered and clarified business and system requirements, oversaw the entire change management process, and coordinated with international stakeholders and vendors on application solutions. I also led end-to-end application audit processes and supported BAU and project work with application and development teams.

Earlier roles strengthened my technical and QA depth: I translated user requests into technical specifications, built and executed test plans/scripts, performed root cause analysis and escalations, and documented processes as needed. I’ve worked extensively with Microsoft Dynamics D365/ERP testing, defect management, UAT coordination, SQL query-based validation, and Agile/Scrum delivery—including release deployments via Octopus.
