At Deloitte, I deliver UX writing for product assets and email content, review UX content, and revise user guides for clarity and consistency. Before that, as a Technical Writer Intern, I created user guides and internal documentation, documented CLI commands and API endpoints, and wrote platform messages.
In my projects, I documented REST API endpoints for EasyNotes and wrote a beginner-friendly Docker guide. I also rewrote microcopy for a Microsoft To Do case study, using Figma to map messaging across screens.
