Hilary Livwege

I’m an experienced healthcare professional and organizational leader with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and leadership experience at KEMRI. I direct operational and administrative activities across healthcare and research programs while leading multidisciplinary teams to achieve performance targets.

I bring strength in healthcare administration, nursing leadership, patient care coordination, and operational oversight—backed by budget management, resource allocation, and strategic planning. I develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and compliance, and I prepare reports and performance analyses to support management decisions.

I focus on continuous quality improvement initiatives and strategic projects, coordinating partnerships with healthcare stakeholders, government agencies, and partner organizations. I’m energized by regulatory compliance, stakeholder engagement, and performance improvement work that translates into better outcomes for care delivery.
