What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer service or administrative role where I can manage inquiries, orders, records, and coordination in a fast-paced environment.

At Campus Outfitters, I manage 50+ customer emails daily while processing orders, invoices, purchase orders, quotations, and custom-order fulfillment. I maintain product and inventory records, coordinate with internal teams and external partners, and resolve customer concerns through to completion.

I've also supported high-volume customer service and retail operations at UofT Bookstore and Canada Post, handling online orders, pickups, POS transactions, shipments, payment processing, and accurate records. I bring experience with Microsoft Office, Teams, Outlook, NetSuite, POS systems, and remote coordination.
