What I'm looking for
I am a dedicated Ugandan lawyer and researcher specializing in international law, with a focus on migration law and policy and sustainable development. My work is driven by refugee management and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and it includes authored books such as Borders and Beyond: Rethinking International Migration Law and Policy and Uganda and SDGs: A Handbook for the Youths.
I bring a practical, results-minded leadership style, grounded in management, organization, and social entrepreneurship. I am passionate about promoting justice and combating corruption in my community, and I apply that commitment through program leadership, team coordination, and strategic decision-making.
Currently, I serve as Director at TESIT Foundation International - Uganda and as Chief Operations Officer- EKKULA Trade Awards & Programs. I have also led community-focused work as a Team Leader at Community Justice and Anti-Corruption Forum Uganda, founded a thought leadership blog through The street Republic (over 120 articles since 2020), and work as a Finance advisor—combining legal research, program delivery, and budgeting to support sustainable impact.
