I'm currently developing shipping and immigration services at A. Karitzis & Associates LLC, handling ship registrations, mortgages, maritime legal matters, due diligence, KYC, and client relationships.
Previously, I led crewing activities for tanker and bulk carrier fleets at Columbia Ship Management, including overall responsibility for 19 tankers and six bulk carriers in Genoa. I managed safe manning, recruitment, crew changes, budgets, officer qualification compliance, employment agreements, and crew performance.
My earlier work at Safe Bulkers Management and Interorient Ship Management covered crew planning, recruitment, fleet supervision, payroll coordination, certification compliance, and long-term crewing strategy across tanker and bulk carrier vessels.
