What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead complex software programs where I can align executive stakeholders, distributed engineering teams, budgets, and delivery across growth, transformation, or high-change environments.

At Globant, I lead program-level delivery for a multi-continent engagement spanning 50+ developers and multiple workstreams. I coordinate dependencies, maintain momentum, and communicate directly with C-level and VP stakeholders.

I've managed software programs with budgets up to €7M and teams of up to 60 people across continents. My work brings structure, predictability, and clarity to fast-moving delivery environments.

Before Globant, I spent nearly five years at Pentalog as a Scrum Master, helping teams adopt Agile practices pragmatically, remove impediments, manage risks, and bridge client expectations with development reality.

I began my software career as an Android developer, building applications, SDKs, BLE integrations, CI/CD pipelines, and backend services. That engineering foundation helps me ask better questions and build trust between business and technical teams.
