Henry Kurniawan
@henrykurniawan
Experienced immunologist specializing in immunometabolism and neuroimmunology.
What I'm looking for
I am an experienced immunologist trained in immunometabolism with a strong focus on in vivo models, metabolomic analysis, and translational immunology. I have held postdoctoral roles investigating T cell metabolic checkpoints in cancer and microglial metabolism in Parkinson's disease midbrain organoids.
My research accomplishments include multiple first/senior-author publications in high-impact journals (Cell Metabolism, Nature Metabolism, Cell Reports) and competitive awards such as travel grants and nomination to represent Luxembourg at the Lindau Nobel Laureate Meeting. I am proficient in advanced laboratory techniques including metabolomics, isotope tracing, flow cytometry, RNA-seq, and a broad array of molecular biology approaches.
I am a diligent, self-motivated team player pursuing opportunities at the intersection of neuroimmunology and stem cells, aiming to apply my expertise in immune homeostasis, T cell and microglia metabolism, and translational models to impactful biomedical research.
