Anton Zaitsev

I am a Data Science MSc graduate with a background in applied mathematics and software engineering, bringing over five years of data analysis experience and two years of industry experience. I specialize in developing and validating statistical and machine learning models, building scalable ETL pipelines, and producing data-driven dashboards to support decision making.

At Amazon Luxembourg I developed AWS-based optimization pipelines using Lambda, S3, QuickSight, Python, and SQL, designed optimization algorithms to improve resource allocation, and validated analytical models under stress-testing. In research, I built data collection pipelines for VR experiments, integrated deep learning models into Unity with PyTorch and TensorFlow, and contributed to published work on haptic navigation.

I am comfortable working with large evolving codebases and databases, containerized environments, version control, and high-performance/cloud platforms. I focus on delivering robust, production-ready solutions that combine strong quantitative rigor with practical engineering and clear communication.
