What I'm looking for

I'm transitioning to remote operations, where I can use Python, Power BI, and AI automation to drive efficiency.

At The Hot Rock Food Stone in Aruba, I managed P&L, daily sales, cash audits, and inventory. I reduced waste and food costs by 15–20% through pre-costing.

As Assistant Manager / Bar & Cash Manager at Bella Italia N.V., I controlled purchasing and inventory turnover, and handled cash management and HACCP audits.

At San Carbon, Jardin Botanico, Simon Parrilla, I had full P&L ownership and handled cost control and cash audits. I also worked on personnel selection and training, menu standardization, recipe explosion, and inventory programming.

I'm studying Industrial Engineering at UNIMINUTO, focusing on process optimization and logistics. I'm transitioning to remote operations and learning Python, Power BI, AI agents, and automation.
