At ION GROUP (FIDESSA DIVISION), I designed and supported production networks for financial trading, market data, and exchange connectivity. These Cisco Nexus and Arista spine-leaf fabrics carried NASDAQ, CME, and NYSE workloads at approximately 40 Gbps with sub-millisecond latency.
I developed Python scripts and Ansible playbooks that reduced a recurring deployment process from approximately four hours to 15 minutes, saved 500+ engineering hours annually, and reduced manual configuration errors by 50%.
I also led or supported data-center migrations and firewall refreshes, and served as a Tier-3 escalation lead in 24/7 production rotations. I resolved a VXLAN routing loop that caused approximately 20% packet loss, restoring stable low-latency service within two hours.
At PCI, I served as an onsite network engineer for two newly constructed enterprise facilities, installing and validating network infrastructure from staging through activation and operational turnover. Earlier, at AT&T and IBM GLOBAL SERVICES CORPORATION, I supported core, WAN, and MPLS network migrations and operations.
