I've delivered production AI systems for Belayab Motors, Safaricom Ethiopia, INSA, and public-sector audit teams, with a focus on locally deployed LLMs, retrieval, evidence, and human-controlled workflows.

At Belayab Motors, I built an Odoo-based maintenance diagnostic agent used daily across critical industrial assets. It combines PLC sensor data, deterministic state-aware rules, historical failures, manual retrieval with page citations, and schema-constrained local LLM outputs while keeping machine control and maintenance approvals outside the model.

At Safaricom Ethiopia, I led an LLM evaluation platform that replaced subjective configuration reviews with a fixed 5,000-question regression set, measuring correctness, groundedness, retrieval quality, latency, cost, and policy compliance before release.

I've also built security-knowledge RAG, document intelligence for auditors handling English and Amharic records, Odoo platforms serving 400+ users, and Rust correctness tooling adopted upstream across ML and runtime projects.
