At OkPilot, I rebuilt the SaaS product from scratch as its sole developer, then handed it over to the team. Four design partners were live at handover, with twenty more in the pipeline.
I moved the platform from hosted servers to serverless managed services and built a natural-language interface for day-to-day operations. The interface runs against live, tenant-isolated data and handles around 600k tokens a day across client tenants.
At Telyport, I moved deployment from a single server to an orchestrated, containerised cluster, cutting infrastructure cost by 50%. I also reduced request errors and timeouts from around 28,000 a day at peak to around 120.
Earlier at Telyport, I migrated routing from paid Google Maps to self-hosted OSRM, helping cut cost per order by around 10%. I’ve worked across backend services, mobile apps and infrastructure, and built projects including a go-kart telemetry system and multi-modal robotics control.
