At JPMorgan Chase, I consolidated four consumer banking systems into a Power BI reporting suite tracking 18 executive KPIs, reducing weekly close preparation from eight hours to under two. I also replaced an overnight batch job with same-day Snowflake transformation workflows.
I developed dbt data contracts and validation tests to address month-end schema drift, reducing flagged general-ledger exceptions from roughly 500 to under 40. I also deployed an Azure OpenAI Service workflow that routes regulatory compliance queries to the right review team.
At Blue Cross Blue Shield, I worked on claims analytics and member risk segmentation, including a K-means model for 180,000 members across six chronic-condition risk tiers. I also helped establish a governed Snowflake reporting layer for medical loss ratio, claims denial, and network adequacy metrics.
