At Tech Mahindra, I’m working on Telefonica’s Germany Digital Transformation program, where I architected the transformation of legacy systems into cloud-native, microservices-based digital platforms. I also designed end-to-end telco architecture for customer portfolio aggregation across legacy and new stacks.
At Infosys, I worked across Liberty Global operators, including Vodafone Ziggo, Sunrise, and Virgin Media O2. For Virgin Media O2’s FTTH transformation in Ireland, I designed integrations across CRM, Order Management, Service Orchestration, and Network systems.
At Infosys, I also architected an OTT aggregation solution for Sunrise Telecom with Bango (DVM), including API-driven subscription lifecycle, billing, and entitlement flows. I enabled Direct Carrier Billing and subscription bundling for OTT services.
At TCS, I worked on BSS transformation at Saudi Telecom Company, moving from a monolithic mainframe-based stack toward distributed CRM, Order Management, and Billing systems. I started at Tata Communications as a Developer on a POS application and later progressed into component design and Solution Architect work.
