I am a dedicated and self-driven Power BI Specialist with over 3 years of experience in transforming raw data into actionable insights that support business strategy and enhance performance. As the sole Power BI expert at Chase Valley, a debt collection company, I lead the end-to-end development of interactive dashboards, KPI tracking systems, and automated reporting solutions. My expertise in DAX, Power BI Service, and SQL integration has allowed me to collaborate cross-functionally, streamline reporting processes, and enhance data-driven decision-making at all levels of the organization.

In my current role as a Power BI Analyst at ShackletonCredit, I am responsible for the full development lifecycle of dashboards and reports, from data extraction to final visualization.
