What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead maintenance, reliability, energy-efficiency, infrastructure, or photovoltaic projects where I can improve asset performance, reduce operational losses, develop technical teams, and apply practical, continuous-improvement methods.

I've led investment, savings, and optimization projects at Johnson & Johnson across critical facility infrastructure, including potable water, ultrapure water, wastewater treatment, steam generation, electrical power, and building management.

I bring 20 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance, facility management, contractor coordination, project management, and photovoltaic solar-system maintenance. As AOM Lead at Greendipity SAS BIC, I directed field maintenance teams, managed preventive and corrective schedules, controlled tools and inventory, and reported performance and incidents.

I also teach Industrial Electrical Maintenance Management at Inel Institute of Technology and create practical resources for Mantenimiento Inteligente Pro to help teams detect failures early, prevent operational losses, and improve control of electrical, industrial, and solar assets.
