I’m a Junior QA Engineer with a strong background in operations management, process monitoring, data analysis, and team leadership. I bring over 8 years of professional experience identifying process gaps, ensuring compliance, and solving operational issues.

Currently, I’m gaining hands-on experience in Manual Testing within a financial trading and investment application. I create and execute test cases based on business requirements, perform functional and validation testing for mobile application features, and identify, document, and report software defects.

I’m especially focused on structured quality work—test scenario creation, test case design, and both positive & negative testing. I also collaborate closely with team members during testing cycles and requirements reviews, while building practical exposure to financial and stock market systems.

Alongside my QA activities, I lead by analyzing KPIs, conducting root-cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions to improve performance. I’m grounded in SDLC/STLC and Agile / Scrum basics, and I’m learning tools like JIRA and Postman to support efficient bug reporting and testing workflows.
