What I'm looking for

I am seeking a senior QA/Team Lead role in software or fintech where I can lead testing teams, implement automation, improve processes, and ensure high product quality in Agile environments.

I am a senior quality-control professional with thorough hands-on experience across all levels of software testing, skilled in developing and implementing testing protocols and driving continuous improvement. I have a proven ability to identify and resolve quality issues to enhance product reliability.

I have led quality teams and managed testing for software-house and fintech products, including Rasid ERP, Rasid Pay, Rasid Jack and Digital Central intercom (KAFD), supervising up to eight team members and creating test plans, test cases and verification processes. I have worked across web and mobile systems, ensuring functional, regression and system testing and escalating code issues to R&D when needed.

I work in Agile environments and use tools such as Selenium, Postman, JMeter, Azure DevOps (TFS), Jira and PyCharm, and I apply both manual and automated approaches with Python and OOP. I hold ISTQB Foundation-level training and focus on measurable improvements in test coverage, defect tracking and delivery quality.
