I’m a Registered Nurse with a Diploma in Nursing (Class of 2024) and 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience. I currently work at Kadoma Prison Clinic, managing 20–30 patients per day in a high-volume correctional healthcare setting.

I provide direct patient care by conducting patient assessments, administering medications, and monitoring treatment outcomes. I also manage infection control and emergency response procedures in a resource-constrained environment, while keeping care patient-centered and organized.

I’m especially strong in documentation and clinical quality—recording patient histories, treatments, and progress notes with 100% accuracy and strict protocol compliance. I review clinical documentation to identify inconsistencies, escalate discrepancies for physician follow-up, and translate complex clinical scenarios into clear, structured reports while protecting patient confidentiality.

During my clinical rotations across Medical-Surgical, Maternity, Pediatrics, and Community Health wards, I prepared structured case summaries and presented findings during clinical rounds. Now, I’m looking to apply my clinical expertise to train and evaluate healthcare AI models at micro1—bringing the same attention to detail, accuracy, and structured communication into data-driven healthcare improvement.
