As a student nurse, I assisted in the theatre by preparing instruments, maintaining a sterile environment, and providing pre and post-operative care. In the psychiatric unit, I assessed patients' mental health and administered medications, while in the ICU, I monitored vital signs and managed life support equipment.

In the maternity ward, I monitored pregnant women, provided emotional support, and assisted in labor. In pediatrics, I administered medications, managed pain, and communicated with families to ensure proper care for children.

I provided patient care in the outpatient department by assessing health conditions and maintaining infection control. In the surgical ward, I assisted with pain management, wound care, and prepared patients for surgery.

I recorded medical histories, assessed patient needs, and administered medications. I also planned nursing care and monitored vital signs to ensure patient safety.

I maintained cleanliness and hygiene standards in various facilities, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for clients and staff.
