What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can combine technical and people skills.

At Hamster POS, I supported businesses with point-of-sale software setup, everyday use, and troubleshooting. I diagnosed software and configuration issues, guided clients step by step, and escalated bugs to the technical team with clear reports.

As a cashier at Bonjour (TotalEnergies), I handled customer transactions and cash management, kept payments accurate, and closed the register at the end of each shift. I’m a third-year Computer Science student at Lebanese University, with coursework in programming, data structures, databases, and web development.
