What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead education programs and academic initiatives where I can strengthen teams, manage complex projects, build donor relationships, and improve learning outcomes.

I lead the School of Education at St Mary’s University College in Juba, advancing its growth through staff recruitment, student retention, academic delivery, standards, and policy implementation.

Across UNICEF South Sudan, AVSI South Sudan, and consulting roles, I’ve managed education projects, budgets, donor relationships, teams, monitoring and evaluation, and project lifecycles. I contributed to AVSI’s PENCILS proposal, which secured a two-year US$3,575,514 UNICEF cooperation agreement, and have worked across South Sudan, Sudan, Libya, and Kenya.
