At Ulys (Ex-Shoprite), I manage B2B customer accounts for credit purchases across a network of 10 stores. I handle collections, prepare customer invoices and journals, and record transactions.
I also reconcile bank and customer accounts and manage account matching. As part of an interim role, I handle tax declarations on the e-Hetra platform and track payments to foreign suppliers.
During my accounting internship at Ulys (Ex-Shoprite), I carried out the supplier payment process and checked supporting documents and TPE transactions. I also entered accounting journal entries, performed basic manual account matching, and corrected VAT declarations.
I hold a Licence in Accounting and Finance from Institut de Management des Arts et Métiers (IMAM). My work has also included welcoming customers and managing reservations at Iarimbato Hôtel.
