What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a senior technical or leadership role where I can strengthen payment infrastructure, improve processes, and deliver measurable value through payment systems, card management, and software development.

At Exim Bank PLC, I operate and maintain payment switching software, HSM, NPSB, and Q-Cash channels while developing in-house card management software. I support digital payment integrations, NPSB compliance, card and PIN production, and production issue resolution.

I've been a core member of the Phoenix-to-IRIS5 migration, delivering data migration with zero data loss, Futurex Payment HSM integration, and key migration from Safenet. My work includes ATM QR cash withdrawal, voucher-based withdrawal, CRM integration, Green PIN, EMV TakaPay, NPSB FT1/FT2, and NPSB TSI initiatives.

I also build Oracle SQL/PLSQL procedures, reports, and PHP applications, with earlier experience delivering VAT management software in ASP.NET and managing an international trading software project.
