On AI projects I integrated LLMs (including Gemini/GPT), OpenAI APIs, embeddings, vector search and prompt‑engineering patterns to power WhatsApp and web chatbots, real‑time support agents, and complaint‑categorization engines. My work reduced manual support load and enabled automated escalation and webhook ticketing.
