What I'm looking for

I’m looking for mission-driven engineering where I can build geospatial/AI products and sovereign data infrastructure—turning research into production, collaborating closely with impact partners, and owning features end-to-end from design to shipping.

I’m a software engineer and geospatial ML researcher based in Byron Bay, working full-time at ArborMeta on ecological infrastructure for Australian carbon credit policy, and contracting independently on a retained basis for e-commerce and software clients. I architect geospatial products that turn ecological and carbon farming data into tools for land management and carbon credit quantification.

I combine advanced computer science training from Monash University (AI/ML/Algorithms concentration, High Distinction) with production engineering: geospatial web applications (React, MapLibre GL JS, PostgreSQL), high-performance spatial pipelines (multi-LOD PMTiles, Fulcrum parsing, ecological transect analysis), and research into carbon sequestration measurement/verification methodologies that consult federal and state government bodies. I bring the same end-to-end mindset to my software work—shipping real features across Shopify, iOS (SwiftUI), and ML/backends for performance and intelligence.
