At JobMCQPlus & Sadhon, I own requirements, scope and commercial models for two EdTech platforms. I grew JobMCQPlus to 16,000 registered users and 200+ paying subscribers through search, content, social and community channels.
I designed JobMCQPlus’s tiered subscription model and made weekly live exams a core retention mechanic, with ranking and performance-analysis features. I also specified an AI-assisted pipeline to extract Bengali MCQs from images, comparing self-hosted and API-based options on cost and reliability.
At NexTech Limited, I gathered client requirements for POS, CRM and online food-ordering products and delivered an Order Management module with POS integration, adopted by 100+ registered merchants. Earlier, at MotionView Ltd., I defined requirements for Order and Campaign modules and initiated its B2B e-commerce line.
