I'm a recent Computer Science/Engineering graduate pivoting into Business Analysis and Product Management, drawn to roles where technical understanding meets strategic decision-making. My engineering background gives me an edge in understanding how products are actually built which helps me ask sharper questions, spot feasibility issues early, and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

During my Oneness digital, I analyzed user behavior data to identify 45% drop-off points in a mobile app's onboarding flow, then worked with the dev team to prioritize and implement fixes that improved conversion by 15%. This project taught me how to gather requirements, work with data to validate assumptions, and turn ambiguous problems into structured plans.

I'm comfortable with SQL, Excel/Power BI for data analysis, and tools like JIRA and Figma for product workflows. I understand Agile/Scrum from my oneness digital internship, and I'm quick to pick up new tools and domains.

I'm now looking for an entry-level Business Analyst or Product Management role where I can apply my technical background and analytical mindset — and grow into someone who ships products people love.
