I’m looking for an IT recruiting role where I can own end-to-end hiring, source and screen top technical talent, coordinate clients/MSPs and technical panels, and deliver results with strong ethical standards and clear communication.

I’m a Senior IT Recruiter with 7+ years of experience in domestic staffing, specializing in placing high-end technical professionals across Information Technology, Entertainment & Media, and Food & Beverages. I combine strong ethical standards with high-performance recruiting to deliver results for direct clients and MSPs.

I run end-to-end recruitment with a complete focus on quality—sourcing candidates from job portals and social media, screening applications, conducting initial phone interviews, and supporting in-person interviews for junior, senior, and executive roles. I’ve worked extensively on IT hiring needs like Salesforce, Java Full Stack, ColdFusion, and .Net Developer roles, while coordinating hiring managers, technical assessments, and interview scheduling.

On the tools side, I review and analyze resumes using ATS (Job Diva) and manage candidate data through CRMs like Monster, Carrier Builder, and Naukri/LinkedIn systems. Earlier roles also strengthened my troubleshooting and support mindset through technical support experience—diagnosing hardware/software issues and supporting end users—so I can communicate clearly with both candidates and technical teams.
