I'm a Software Development Engineer at Jumbotail Technologies Private Limited. I build Java/Spring Boot backends on AWS and the AI agents that run on top of them, and I own both from design doc to production.

Backend: I replaced a manual payout process with an idempotent, event-driven pipeline that now clears 30,000+ customer payouts daily with zero manual touch.

AI: I built the backend for a voice-to-ticket pipeline, connecting speech-to-text, translation, and LLM classification to Freshdesk. After benchmarking OpenAI, Claude, and Sarvam on more than 300 inputs, I selected OpenAI after tracing most of the latency to the previous reasoning model. I also built a multi-agent engineering harness with staged gates and a knowledge-graph agent that engineering and business teams query daily.

Debugging: when order records went missing, I traced the issue to a Maven dependency conflict that caused a JVM-level error to bypass exception handling. I recovered about 137,000 records through a backfill verified with data science, then walked the owning developer through the root cause. I've also traced INR 1.17M in unwarranted refunds to missing return-policy data and stopped the leak by backfilling about 4,600 product listings.

I'm a certified Model Context Protocol practitioner (Anthropic, 7/7), and my projects include a Spring Boot GitHub App that reviews pull requests with Claude.
