At Chaine, I designed and shipped the Booking system that became a core monetization channel, and architected the Tracking platform, which drove 10x revenue growth.
I built enterprise TMS integrations and a production MCP server, then integrated it with Parahelp to deploy AI agents as autonomous support team members. I also launched LLM-powered Tracking and Booking agents that automate core workflows.
I lead architecture and delivery for a team of five engineers, two of whom were promoted to senior roles. Before Chaine, I shipped products across e-commerce, travel, and fintech at Octal IT Solution, and built production web applications at B2INFOSOFT Pvt. Ltd.
