Harshita Chilwal

I’m a computer science B.Tech student with strong foundations in data structures and algorithms, object-oriented programming, and database management. I’m energized by turning coursework into real products—especially where clean APIs and dependable data models matter.

In my MetaRide project, I built a cab pooling app using React Native, Tailwind CSS, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB to simplify on-campus commuting. Through my Software Intern experience at Appolo Computers, I helped centralize customer data and streamline workflows by implementing Spring Boot microservices with MongoDB and Keycloak, and building APIs for customer management.

I also bring a collaborative, organized mindset from roles like Organizer (Hack Celestia) and Team Member (Mayukh), where I coordinated events and strengthened team execution. Alongside my technical path, I earned certifications in radio jockeying and a diploma in journalism—both of which sharpen my communication and content clarity—plus I secured 1st place in a college hackathon and a SILVER medal in the International English Olympiad.
