At HappyFox Technologies, I build AI Autopilot agents for a helpdesk platform, automating routine customer support workflows across 100+ enterprise clients. I also developed a natural-language BI query engine that lets non-technical users query complex dashboards in plain English.
I've built recommendation systems for AI agents, e-commerce chatbot capabilities for order tracking, and internal tools to improve knowledge-base quality. I translate product needs into RFCs and requirement documents while working closely with product and design teams.
Previously, I developed a Korean–English Transformer-based document translator at Harman India with 91% translation accuracy, and built a full-stack career portal at Ideagensys. I enjoy turning AI ideas into practical products, as reflected in HiredAI, which won first place among 250+ teams at the HappyFox GenAI Hackathon.
