What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build and operate production backend and AI platforms, especially LLM-powered systems, RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, and real-time voice experiences that deliver measurable customer and business impact.

At Haptik, I've architected a Voice AI Agent that combines speech-to-text, real-time LLMs, text-to-speech, and telephony providers to automate customer conversations at scale.

I've built RAG pipelines with Google Vertex AI, designed agentic orchestration with LangGraph and CrewAI, and launched a GenAI insights product for sentiment analysis, CSAT, and agent performance metrics that secured paid clients.

I've also improved platform reliability and performance through async Celery processing, Redis Sentinel migration, Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS. My work reduced catalog processing time by approximately 80% and supported SLA delivery for Jio.

Previously at DataWeave and Applied Informatics, I built FastAPI and React tools, modernized legacy Python and Django systems, handled dashboards with over 10 million data points, and mentored interns.
