I’m an operations-focused leader who brings analytical problem-solving and a strong quality mindset to trade clearing and settlement workflows. In my current Emerging Lead role, I manage client calls, monitor open trade breaks, and ensure items are tracked and captured while driving KPI, SLAs, and SOP improvements.
I also lead teams of 7 and previously a team of 5, running daily huddles, resolving client and team queries to meet daily SLAs, and setting goals for yearly appraisals. I identify and fix settlement discrepancies, maintain KT trackers for smooth process updates, monitor CSAT performance, and work with counterparties and custodians to keep settlements on time (including fail-to-receive handling, CNS exceptions, and proof of trade confirmations).

Handled DTC and international clearing and settlement operations, including manual settlement/transfer instructions and broker confirmations/enquiries. Managed a team of 5 and resolved post-settlement breaks and CNS exceptions, coordinating with counterparties and custodians to process rejects and ensure T+2 settlement compliance.
