At Cognizant Technology Solutions, I lead a team of eight supporting confirmation and settlement for high-value fixed-income, equity, and Unit Investment Trust trades.

I've managed end-to-end trade lifecycle activities including booking, confirmation, allocation, settlement, fails-queue research, suspense-break resolution, and root cause analysis. I work closely with traders, money managers, counterparties, and business partners to keep trade flow moving and reduce settlement risk.

I build accountable teams through regular coaching, performance appraisals, goal-setting workshops, and cross-functional knowledge-sharing sessions. I also prepare productivity reporting, review KPIs in governance meetings, and use workload analysis to improve staffing and service delivery.

I've supported FINRA audit readiness with zero major findings, maintained SLA compliance above 98%, and strengthened controls through quarterly SOP and FMEA updates. My work has been recognized through Team of the Year, Spotlight, Unicorn, and Client Delight awards for processing quality, productivity, compliance, and client service.
