What I'm looking for

I seek roles where I can lead end‑to‑end delivery of technology programs in an Agile environment, work cross‑functionally with engineering and vendors, and grow into larger program or delivery leadership while completing my PMP.

I am a project manager with four years of experience delivering enterprise technology projects across multi‑country telecom clients, focusing on end‑to‑end delivery from requirements to post go‑live hypercare. I coordinate engineering, QA, product and vendor teams to deliver large‑scale systems with high reliability.

I've managed multi‑market deployments across Qatar, Indonesia, Ukraine and Algeria, leading Agile ceremonies, UAT planning, defect triage and cutover execution while maintaining RAID logs and program dashboards to improve predictability and visibility.

I introduced structured delivery governance and process mapping that reduced manual effort and improved delivery predictability; I am actively pursuing PMP certification and building deeper expertise in CRM and SaaS delivery.
