What I'm looking for

I’m seeking an IT or Technical Support role offering opportunities to build my technical expertise and progress within the industry.

At Computacenter, I deliver 1st and 2nd line IT support, troubleshooting hardware, software, access and user issues. I use SCCM for software deployment and endpoint management, and manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory and SAP.

At CSL Dualcom, I provided remote support for router, SIM, DSL and FTTP connectivity issues. I configured network devices, used SSH and PuTTY to troubleshoot remotely, and maintained a 90% QA score and 100% First Contact Resolution.

In my home lab, I deployed an Ubuntu Server 24.04 LTS virtual machine in Microsoft Azure and connected to it remotely from Windows using SSH. I’m seeking an IT or Technical Support role where I can build my technical expertise and progress within the industry.
