What I'm looking for

I'm looking for opportunities to lead and support financial due diligence and transaction advisory engagements, applying Quality of Earnings, financial analysis, and M&A experience while collaborating with global teams.

I support financial due diligence engagements at Cherry Baeckert LLP, including Quality of Earnings, revenue and EBITDA analysis, working capital reviews, and cash flow analysis.

I previously spent six years at RSM Delivery Center preparing due diligence workbooks, validating financial information, and reviewing client reports for mergers and acquisitions. I led teams of 2–4 executives across vendor-side, buyer-side, and carve-out due diligence projects while coordinating daily with U.S. engagement teams.

Earlier at Grant Thornton, I worked on consolidation reviews, accounting manuals, Ind AS accounting differences, and IFRS conversion projects. I'm a Chartered Accountant with a B.Com. (Hons.) and bring experience turning financial reports and transaction materials into clear, client-ready analysis.
