What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own financial due diligence from analysis to client-ready deliverables—working on M&A transactions, using advanced Excel and ERP tools, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive better investment decisions.

I am a Chartered Accountant who delivers client-ready insights through rigorous financial due diligence across buy-side and sell-side engagements. I support M&A decision-making by preparing diligence reports, data books, and management discussion materials while focusing on financial impact, projected synergies, and working capital requirements.

In addition, I strengthen outcomes with deep analytical and audit discipline. I have planned and executed statutory audits, conducted risk assessments, variance and ratio analysis, and helped identify internal control improvement areas to enhance quality and reliability of deliverables.

I also bring wealth-management experience, supporting HNIs/UHNIs with portfolio decision support. I’ve worked with managed beta for 40+ clients, performed equity analysis, and supported tax-optimization efforts through a structured, problem-solving approach.
