I’m a business and operations professional with 4+ years of experience across process improvement, automation, compliance, reporting, data analysis and stakeholder management, with experience at Deloitte USI and Accenture.

My background has taught me how to understand complex processes, identify problems, work with data, collaborate with stakeholders and turn requirements into practical solutions. At Deloitte, I worked across tax and financial processes while also focusing on workflow improvement, automation, reporting, data validation and operational efficiency using tools such as Excel, VBA, Alteryx and automation solutions.

I’m now transitioning toward Product Management, Product Operations, AI-powered products and creative digital roles, where I can combine my analytical and business experience with technology, creativity and user-focused problem solving.

I completed a Product Management program focused on Generative & Agentic AI and co-developed an AI-powered travel platform with a team. The product uses multi-agent workflows to onboard travel agents, understand traveler interests, curate personalized itineraries and simplify trip planning and booking. I contributed to product requirements, user stories, user journeys and translating complex AI workflows into a practical user experience.

I’m open to internships, entry-level, associate and junior opportunities in Product Management, Product Operations, Business Analysis, AI products, UX/Product, digital transformation and other creative technology roles.

I’m particularly interested in remote teams where I can learn quickly, contribute across functions and grow into a strong product professional.
