I’m a UI/UX/Product Designer at CARS24 Australia, leading design for internal tools and the Refurb App after on-site user research in Melbourne. I build dashboards and reporting tools that improve technician efficiency and help the business track key metrics like vehicle turnaround time (TAT).

I turn ambiguous problems into intuitive flows, backed by research and measured by real metrics. On the car listing page (CLP) filters revamp, I redesigned filters from contextual inquiry through wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and research—driving a 22% increase in filter adoption and an 11.8% boost in search engagement.

Across the product, I focus on experimentation and clarity: I led the Small Car Cards experiment, used A/B testing and journey mapping, and delivered a 6.5% increase in U2V and 12.7% uplift in U2BI. I also redesigned the car detail page (CDP) with a gallery-first approach to increase engagement with car images.

I enjoy creating end-to-end solutions, including AI-Assisted workflows. I launched AI-generated car video tours by building a DMS workflow where on-ground teams upload videos, GPT-4 generates sales scripts, and ElevenLabs creates natural voiceovers—enabling studio-free videos in 20 minutes per car, while collaborating closely with PMs and engineers in Agile teams.
