I am a passionate, goal-oriented support professional who thrives in dynamic environments where I can “work with minimal supervision” and continuously improve. I bring strong communication and a learner-first mindset, shaped by my Masters studies and hands-on roles in education and care.

In education, I have worked as a Teaching Assistant and Learning Support Assistant, creating an engaging classroom environment and adapting learning support to individual needs. I’ve supported independence in communication, learning and social skills through person-centered approaches such as modelling communication boards, VOCAS, verbal language, and sensory story resources like sensory tuff trays.

Across my healthcare experience as a Healthcare Assistant, I focus on safeguarding, dignity, and accurate observations. I assist with personal care, observe and record residents’ mental health levels, monitor conditions using vital signs and weight, and support prevention and managing of violence and aggression. I also use medical equipment in patient care, including hoists, slide sheets, and wheelchairs.

I also build value through my administrative and peace-focused background. As administrative support staff at Nigeria Hydrological Services Agency, I composed memos, circulars, and reports, collaborated with partners and stakeholders, and conducted research. Earlier, my internship with Ecowas Commission strengthened my conflict and peacekeeping interests, including drafting reports and presenting weekly seminars with key stakeholders.
