At Druva, I designed a workload-agnostic API framework for backup configurations across data sources, replacing fragmented APIs and serving 1M+ backup sets in production. It cut new data-source integration effort from about a week to under half a day.
I built the observability layer for a Job Scheduler processing 10M+ events daily, using OpenTelemetry metrics, dashboards, and alerting to establish its first production health baseline. I also load-tested the service, investigated reliability incidents, and developed a Go regression-testing framework for release verification.
Earlier, I shipped public APIs and a bulk-upload pipeline at Demandbase, and developed notification and catalogue services at Licious. At Comviva, I contributed to prepaid recharge integrations and modernized the Java codebase; across these roles, my work has included backend services, distributed systems, and production infrastructure.
